NBA unveils schedule for 2024-25 season

The 2024–25 NBA season is the upcoming 79th season of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The regular season is planned to begin on October 23, 2024 and end on April 14, 2025. The NBA plans to stage an in-season tournament for the second consecutive year, now branded as the Emirates NBA Cup. The 2025 NBA All-Star Game is scheduled for February 16, 2025, at Chase Center in San Francisco. The play-in tournament is then scheduled to be played on April 15–18, 2025, followed by the playoffs on the next day, and concluding with the NBA Finals in June 2025
